January 30th – Giving Thanks
Father God, help my children to live with a hearts that are always overflowing with thankfulness. I pray that, at all times, my children would give thanks in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God the Father. I pray against the sin of ingratitude and ask You’d give them eyes to see Your grace and mercy towards them in every way. In Jesus Name, Amen.
So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and build up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:9
At all times and for everything [give] thanks in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God the Father. Ephesians 5:20
